Introduction: ‘It takes a village to raise a child’ and sometimes we need to step into the places that are uncomfortable to do the work with our children.

Lunar Girlz is an Atlantic Rain Period Preparation Workshop. The course is aimed at young women aged 9+. 

As a massive positive period and menstrual cycle awareness advocate I wanted to deliver a course around this subject area to be aimed at the younger generation as it is my belief that we should plant positive seeds around our relationships with our menstrual cycles from a young age to enable growth into adulthood. 

As part of this workshop, as well as sharing in the understanding of the menstrual cycle we may also touch on puberty.

Delivered over 4 online sessions.

Each session will last approx 1 hour long where we will learn using art, poetry, storytelling, and meditation.
