Sister Sister Abortion Support means that you do not have to experience an abortion on your own.

So what is Sister Sister Abortion Support (SSAS)?

SSAS is an abortion support service that will support women throughout their abortion journey.

SSAS Sisters are that special someone who listens, holds your hand and holds space for you when you need it the most. 

A SSAS sisters role is to support women to make informed choices about having the abortion of their choice.

Having an abortion can be an extremely difficult and emotional time with lots of information to take in. 

If this is an area that you find challenging the SSAS sisters role will be to support you in your time of need and to help you if you feel overwhelmed.

I am not stupid or irresponsible

A woman's body is her temple and she has the right to choose

what she feels is in her best interests.

Abortion is not about women being irresponsible during intimacy.

Women who have abortions come in all different shapes, sizes, ethnicities, relationship statuses,

social classes and ages. Women also have different reasons as to

why they choose or have no choice but to have an abortion.

 One of the most important values and principles of Sister Sister Abortion Support is that it is our belief that

pregnancy support should also include women who conceive and do not wish to continue with their pregnancy. 

Our core belief is that a woman should be able to honour any pregnancy that has been

housed in her womb space regardless of the outcome of that pregnancy.

After care support

Self Care is a must after an abortion. 

SSAS sisters will help you to heal, rest, recover and take care of yourself.
